1. Immune System:
Sugar is known as white poison. Most of us are ignorant of the negative impact of white sugar in our immune system. White sugar is used in refined forms in foods and mainly dissolved in hot drinks and soft drinks. It is also used in the preparation of sweets and chocolates. According to a study recently published in the "American Journal of Public Health" that excessive intake of sugars cause a decline in the activity of white blood cells by 50% in between 1 to 5 hrs which makes one vulnerable to immune dysfunction and exposure to virus and infections.
2. Smoking:
Smoking is one of the human created opportunities for toxins to enter into the body. Smoking cigarette can pave way for substantial quantities of harmful substances to enter into the body and which can cause oxidation in the body.
3. Lack of proper sleep :
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland. Recent studies proved that it is mostly secreted during the sleep hours of a human body. The human exposure to light can alter its secretion process. The light that reaches the eye stimulates some nerve and prevent the pineal gland from producing these hormone. It should be noted that this hormone controls the other hormones produced by the pituitary gland near pineal gland, and prevents oxidation processes hazardous to the body and helps to support the immune system and works to regulate the body clock and resist the entry of any chemical substance foreign to the body. The substance that is alien to our body can influence the secretion of other hormones like growth hormone etc.
4. The use of salt benzoin:
Using Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG) known as the " salt benzoin " used in Chinese dishes is a highly harmful substance. It can cause damage to the central nervous system and the endocrine glands and stress management system in the heart. They are also used in canned soups and in sauces and in large number of canned and frozen foods. Salt benzoin is used in food stuffs under different names like "vegetable protein" or "natural flavour" or "yeast analyst self" . Eating too much of food containing salt benzoin gives headache, nausea, diarrhea, mood swings and sleep disturbances and frequent sweating and the occurrence of chest pain and mild redness of the skin etc. All these factors can negatively affect the body's immune system.
5.Excessive consumption of saturated fats:
Excessive consumption of saturated fat contained in fast food and ready-made food stuff can have a negative impact on the efficient functioning of the digestive system. It is also known as the "trans-fats". Affecting the digestive system these trans fats makes the production of antibodies less effective, as well as give increased levels of "bad cholesterol" in the blood and thus increases the chance of heart disease.
6.Inhibitors Psychological:
Sudden depression which continue for long periods of time and severe feeling of sorrow following the loss of dear ones, emotional fluctuations etc can affect the number of lymphocytes in the body. This can lead to a clear reduction in the resistance time against attack of germs or harmful viruses or cancer cells.
